Tracee Radvany

Tracee has called Oklahoma her home since 2001, and she is proud to be a part of CrossFit Complete West since July of 2014. Growing up as one of four siblings, she is no stranger to healthy competition. Her upbringing also helped her learn early in life just how much it means to her to be a part of a strong family. She also developed a passion early on for people and for encouraging others. When she started CrossFit, her goal was to enhance her life by gaining strength, getting in better shape, and becoming a part of a healthy community.

For Tracee, CrossFit is not just a gym – it’s a place to find fellowship, as well as a positive way to challenge one’s self. She feels that by participating in CrossFit, you can develop the mental and physical strength to take on every day, no matter who you are. She is proof that CrossFit isn’t just for the ultra-fit, the super competitive, or lifelong athletes – there’s a place for everyone here! When not working at her day job or at CrossFit, Tracee can be found leading boot camp classes, riding bikes, wakboarding and cooking up healthy meals to share with friends.

Jody Impson

JODY 2.jpg

Jody graduated from Oklahoma State university in the winter of 2008 with a Bachelors degree in Nutrition and Exercise science. Using his degree went on to a 9 month internship with the Strength and Conditioning Staff at Missouri State University. There he helped lead athletes through strength and conditioning workouts on a daily basis. After those short 9 months Jody found Jiu-Jitsu to fill the competitive void all while longing for something more.
"When I walked into my first crossfit class in 2012, I was hooked." After growing up as a wrestler, Jody knew this was an activity he could use to push myself day after day just as he had for so many years. Since that day he's done many Crossfit competitions, both individual and team. He's always looking to learn something new and help motivate each person to be a better athlete.

Dyllan Nuzum

DYLLAN.jpg

Dyllan grew up in Beloit, Kansas among four other siblings. In high school, Dyllan was an All-State athlete in wrestling and track while being a member of multiple state championship teams. Dyllan stayed active in college by playing and officiating intramurals and by officiating youth and high school athletics, having the honor to ref multiple state tournaments. Officiating became a great outlet to be a part of the competition, but also a great way for Dyllan to give back to the community that had supported him for so many years, but he always yearned to be a coach and to help others succeed. After graduating from Kansas State University in 2015, Dyllan took a job that led him to Oklahoma City in 2016. After arriving in Oklahoma City, Dyllan walked into CFCW and was immediately hooked by the competitiveness and atmosphere and decided to become an athlete again and eventually become a coach. Dyllan quickly became a student of the sport of CrossFit and all the other disciplines that it entails and enjoys the process of learning and helping others. He is married to the gorgeous coach, Halee Nuzum, and together have found a new home in Oklahoma among the CrossFit Complete West community.

Halee Nuzum

HALEE.jpg

Halee joined us from a small town in Kansas. Her husband, Dyllan Nuzum, was relocated to Oklahoma City for his job, so they packed up their things and headed South. Shortly after moving, they decided to give CrossFit a try and have loved it since the beginning. The community that Complete West provided for a couple who knew no one in Oklahoma made them feel like they never left home. The gym provided Halee a place to meet new people, and build strong relationships, while also pushing and encouraging her to be the best version of herself and reach goals she had set in place. Halee received her bachelors in social work because of her desire to serve others. Coaching is just another form she uses to help people, and create positive changes. She loves seeing her athletes excel in and outside of the gym. You can catch her coaching a Burn class any day throughout the week.

Justin Fobes

Justin.jpg

Justin is originally from the small town of Mountain View, OK. Although he lived in Mountain View, he attended Carnegie High School where he competed in football, basketball, and baseball through his athletic career. After High School, Justin found his way to Oklahoma State where he remained active in athletics by competing in intramural sports for his fraternity. Once he received his degree in Fire Protection and Safety Technology, he moved to Tulsa and began working for American Fire Protection Group, Inc. He would later transfer to AFPG Oklahoma City, which is what led him to CFCW. Justin’s crossfit journey began during the summer of 2014 when a friend invited him over to participate in a workout. Little did he know, crossfit would become such a large part of his life. He fell in love with the training aspect of crossfit and the daily challenges it presents. Training isn’t always easy, but seeing progress and results is what drives Justin to work hard and become a better athlete.

Coaching, of any sort, has been an interest of Justin’s since High School. So when the opportunity presented itself to become a coach at CFCW, he gladly accepted. He finds joy in teaching methods and techniques that will make athletes better in crossfit, which will also assist them in activities throughout life. Justin’s favorite thing about coaching is watching an athlete grow, not only in crossfit, but as a person as well.
