Your free intro session may be booked during a convenient time on any day of the week. The sessions last 45 minutes to an hour. During this class, we cover what CrossFit is, what our community is like, and put you through a 10 minute workout that simulates a day at CrossFit Complete West.
We at CrossFit Complete West understand that you have many different choices for fitness programs in OKC, Mustang, and Yukon and we also get asked a lot about what makes us different.
The biggest and most important differences you are going to find are workout programming/coaching and the community. Programming provides an avenue for results and a positive, tight community keeps you coming back.
